The Tariff Includes :

    Terms & Conditions :
     
  • Limited number of rooms have been blocked at each hotel on these special tariffs and are available on first- come-first served basis.

  • Complete Payment for the room reservation including taxes to be paid in advance at the time of booking.

  • Standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
    •  
  • Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to concerned hotels policy in this matter. The policy may vary from hotel to hotel.
    •  
  • All Taxes are charged as per current tax structure levied by the govt. In case of any change/increase in the taxes, the same will be revised and shall be applicable on the room tariffs mentioned above.

    Cancellation & Amendment Policy
    Cancellations received up to 31st January 2012 No cancellation charges
    Cancellations received between 1st February 2012 and 15th February 2012 One night charges for rooms
    Cancellations received between 16th February 2012 till 28th 50% of the total amount for all the nights
    February 2012 booked
    Cancellations received after 1st March 2012 No refund
     
    Amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities.
