STUDENT’S FORUM    
  • The 50th IAP Conference Students Forum has been planned so that our young budding physios get better professional insight to develop and enrich our profession. Along with they can learn some new things with fun in a creative ways.

  • Various events would be organized to give the students a platform to showcase their talents between 15th – 17 th march 2012.

  • All IAP recognized colleges are cordially invited.

  • All IAP recognized colleges can recommend 15 students ( including final year and interns also).

  • All the participants must register for the conference. No spot registration.

  • All the students have to carry photo id and letter signed by their respective principal.

UTKAL BRANCH AWARD( Sponsored by Utkal Branch IAP, Odisha)
  • All the interns attending the conference should participate in exam

  • Theory exam (MCQ) : 100 marks

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • The question will based solely on physiotherapy treatments in various conditions.

QUIZ COMPETITION

To appreciate the knowledge of the outstanding physiotherapy students, we will be organizing a quiz competition as a part of Students Forum.

All Institutes are allowed to send team of 3 students each.

The qualifying round will be held on 15th March, 2012

The highest six qualifying teams will participate for the final quiz competition to be held on the stage in front of all delegates.

Rules:
  • One performance per college

  • Participants: minimum 8, maximum 10

Marks:

Theme: 10

Costumes: 10

Choreography: 10

Performance and co-ordination: 10

New concepts/ innovative/uniqueness:

FASHION SHOW: TASHAN
Rules:
  • One team per college

  • Participants: minimum 8, maximum 10

Marks:

Theme: 10

Costumes: 10

Choreography: 10

RANGOLI: SPREAD COLOURS OF KNOWLEGDE
Rules:
  • Basic colours would be provided.

  • Additional materials to be used, if wished should be brought by the participants.

  • One team per college

  • Participants: minimum 1, maximum 3.

Marks:

Theme: 10

Presentation: 10

Neatness: 10

Colors and combination: 10

POSTER PRESENTATION
  • Posters should be based on individual theme or scientific studies presented by registered students only (final year and interns only).

  • Size: width 3 feet and height 4 feet.

  • Identity should not be revealed on the posters.

  • No pins will be allowed to fix the poster only two way adhesive tape.

JAM (JUST A MINUTE).
Rules:
  • 2 students per college

  • Topic on which the participant has to speak for one minute would be given on the spot.

  • One minute to be given to think over the topic and then speak for one minute

  • Topics based on physiotherapy trends and the development of the profession along with general knowledge based topics.
